These terms govern use of lbm-submit.ch and the user area during product development.
1. Purpose
LBM Submit is professional software for HVAC/R technical tenders. The website presents the product, provides resources and offers an account area.
2. Service status
The product is under active development. The website describes the current scope, but features may change before commercial release.
3. User account
Users are responsible for accurate information, password confidentiality and actions carried out from their account.
4. Payment and licence
Stripe payments, subscriptions and commercial licensing are not currently active. Related terms will be published before launch.
5. Professional responsibility
Imports, inventories, take-offs and exports are production aids. Their review and use in a tender file remain the professional’s responsibility.
