This page describes data needed to run the website and the limits of current processing.

1. Account data

The website may process name, email address, account type, company and optional contact details entered by the user.

2. Purposes

This information creates and secures the account, displays the user area, administers profiles and answers support requests.

Projects, catalogues, IFC, DXF and documents are designed to be processed locally. The website does not request automatic upload of this content.

The form sends the name, email, subject, message and voluntarily attached screenshots. Unnecessary confidential data must be removed.

Technical cookies and security logs may be used for authentication, abuse prevention and service operation. Stripe and licence checks are not active.
