A local technical catalogue owned by the office

A catalogue is useful when it standardises descriptions without locking the office into a remote database.

Define a stable classification

CFC/BKP, subcategory, manufacturer, range and product type provide search levels while giving each article a clear place.

Images, technical sheets and links support selection. Large files can remain in folders rather than inside the database.

External databases can be searched read-only and articles duplicated locally. Manufacturer synchronisation must never overwrite office additions.
